I had a call today, claiming to be Black Pearl. When I see they're a claims managemetn company, I blocked the number.

I always put the phone down if the caller says "Hi, how are you today?" If they ask for me by name, I get them to hang on while I go and get 'ME" and start hoovering, they soon hang up!
