Scam caller from 02 claiming my SIM card will expire in 48hrs … the same call I’ve been receiving every day for the last 6 weeks. I know categorically that’s it’s a scam as my phone is a business phone and my IT guru has confirmed that any change of SIM card would be initiated by the company not O2.
Pretended to be response centre
Called me claiming to be sky sales department. They wanted to give me a 40% discount on my bill but my information was encrypted so I needed to tell them then they’d be able to do the discount. Clearly fraud.
called today (31/7/26), left no voicemail but Vodafone identified it as potential fraud.
