I missed their first call. I was out. Announced himself as James. Purported to be from the Green Eco Centre, wanting to upgrade my mineral wool loft insulation, because it probably causes condensation and mould. Offers free survey. Didn't know my surname - asked me to spell it. Told me grants available, especially for certain age groups. Asked my age. Told me a colleague would call to arrange a free survey, within half an hour. Call did not come. Is it a scam? Are they going to offer to spray the roof?
