Claimed they where from citizen advice.. About debt I aparently have.... they knew my name.. Sounded dodgy so I hung up.

I answered regrettably. Total scam caller. Claiming they are fraud investigators for the government. When questioned their authenticity they hung up when I called them out as being a Scam and fraud company
