It turns out that this number which seem genuine isn't. The scammers are using this number to look and sound genuine. I was alerted when i was asked to download an app to open up my desktop. As soon as I heard that i disconnected the call blocked it and reported it as a scam call. Which has been clarified by my my bank.
Caller: No name, it just had caller was from Forfar which I think is in Scotland ????
