I checked with my mum's care call in Dumfries Scotland and this is the new number they are using to call service users when the alarm has been activated.
A call from my mother's housing association when she accidentally tripped the emergency switch. She was fine. The call was to let me know to check in with her and that paramedics were en route.
Who called me
Rang me twice during the night . 01:45 and 03:00. I didn't answer, but very annoying to be woken up.
They called at 03:44 Thankfully didn’t hear it. No idea who it it.
sent text back asking them to identify themselves. then blocked them
