Doesn't speak , had several calls but no one answers.Have left silent phone on for 30 mins or more ,charging them for call

John from driveways, I don’t speak to cold callers and put the phone down.

this number has rang me several times today and the last couple of days did not answer phone as did not know telephone number and no message left on answer phone, this john from drive way company uses other telephone numbers as well.

2 attempts this morning, both blocked by our BT guard system. Number now blocked and comments here suggest that was the appropriate response!

I had 4 calls this morning 10.16, 10.27, 10.43 and 10.55 didn't answer 2 but I didn't say anything on the other 2, John from a driveway company saying he understood that I had a driveway on my property, when I still didn't say anything he eventually put the phone down. How would someone calling from Bury St Edmunds know anything about my property in Kent. Have now barred the number

Some nonsense about my driveway. I ended the call.

Some cold calling scam saying he is from the "National Driveway Centre" wanting to give a price to resurface our driveway. We are a shop in a high street :) . Would advise to give a wide berth to

states he was from uk driveway centre, latest in several calls from this company, told him I was not interested, hung up and blocked number.

Suspicious - Hung up when I answered. Would be interested to know if they only speak to people whom they presume are elderly??? Or perhaps Men?? My voice sounds young (I get away with saying “My Mum’s not here at the moment “ or sometimes..”I’m just the cleaner so sorry but I can take a message!? These always work and you don’t feel rude either.

John /Driveway again. If I did have a driveway and wanted work done, I'd want someone nearer than Bury St Edmunds (190 miles away)

Driveway scam.

Unwanted phone call from this number....Hello i'm from driveway centre, I understand you have a driveway? Upon response of 'No', male caller backtracked and said have a nice day and hung up. No doubt this was not a genuine enquiry.

Have had this bloke before saying I had a driveway when I said no he hung up. The last time was a year ago .. so probably started again using a different number.
