Doesn't speak , had several calls but no one answers.Have left silent phone on for 30 mins or more ,charging them for call

John from driveways, I don’t speak to cold callers and put the phone down.

this number has rang me several times today and the last couple of days did not answer phone as did not know telephone number and no message left on answer phone, this john from drive way company uses other telephone numbers as well.

2 attempts this morning, both blocked by our BT guard system. Number now blocked and comments here suggest that was the appropriate response!

I had 4 calls this morning 10.16, 10.27, 10.43 and 10.55 didn't answer 2 but I didn't say anything on the other 2, John from a driveway company saying he understood that I had a driveway on my property, when I still didn't say anything he eventually put the phone down. How would someone calling from Bury St Edmunds know anything about my property in Kent. Have now barred the number

Some nonsense about my driveway. I ended the call.

Some cold calling scam saying he is from the "National Driveway Centre" wanting to give a price to resurface our driveway. We are a shop in a high street :) . Would advise to give a wide berth to

Suspicious - Hung up when I answered. Would be interested to know if they only speak to people whom they presume are elderly??? Or perhaps Men?? My voice sounds young (I get away with saying “My Mum’s not here at the moment “ or sometimes..”I’m just the cleaner so sorry but I can take a message!? These always work and you don’t feel rude either.

John /Driveway again. If I did have a driveway and wanted work done, I'd want someone nearer than Bury St Edmunds (190 miles away)

Unwanted phone call from this number....Hello i'm from driveway centre, I understand you have a driveway? Upon response of 'No', male caller backtracked and said have a nice day and hung up. No doubt this was not a genuine enquiry.

Have had this bloke before saying I had a driveway when I said no he hung up. The last time was a year ago .. so probably started again using a different number.

Hung up when I said hello. 2nd time this week. My landline no is only used by family and I'm on the TPS service

Second call in two days..I never speak to unknown numbers and line soon went dead without anythtbeing said. Number blocked but still got through?!

Calling from drive way UK, said John and was about the issue with my drive way. Said sorry not me, I don't have a drive way. So wonder were this would have gone if said yes?

Calling rom the "Driveway Centre" about a special offer on resin driveways, what a surprise. "Do you still have a driveway?" "Let me check, it was still there 15 minutes ago. Now go away"

This number called earlier did not pick upno message left gather another scam has usual number blocked once again .

Unwanted driveway call

I imagine this is (yet another!) spam/scam call as I am ex directory and never pick-up to unknown callers

Purported to be John from " The Driveway Centre" I've had calls from him twice before, but I have a call blocker, which should have blocked him, so he possibly uses several different numbers. If he calls again he will get a very unpleasant reception.

seemed to be a scam. claiming to be John from the driveway centre , and "I believe there is a driveway at the property". He hung up when I was clearly suspicious. Many other reports of suspicious calls from driveway centre online

Said he was from the uk driveway centre and that did i have a driveway at the property. I said er no and he said have a nice day and hung up!

Unknown random caller

Answered phone and caller stated "You have a driveway?" When I asked what he was talking about, he simply repeated the same statement. I didnt have a driveway, so no idea what the callw as about. Hung up.

Caller did not proceed after being questioned for their name by a BT Call Blocking application installed on my phone. No message left. Most likely an impatient nuisance caller, I suppose.

Unwanted call/scam. Second time I've had a call from these people today. I've been ex-directory & TPS registered for many years. The number is only known q family and a few select friends.
