Just blocked this number. Picked up and phone put down immeidately

When I picked up, there was silence, so I hung up. No message was left and nobody attempted to call me back. I have no ties to this part of the country so assume it’s spam.

Called the number back and as soon as the person answered they said ‘hello is that (my name)’

They have called twice over 2 weeks. The first on 4/10. Each time they hang up immediately. When calling back there is a call wait message and then calls are placed in a queue.
