I tried calling back, the number then seems out of order, would not ring, must be some debt collecting bastards or telemarketing company, as I am being chased for a just £13 debt by Sky, which I am refusing to pay because of ripping me out by increasing my monthly package charges without notifying me. Can pay but Wont pay full stop.

Idiot at call centre who took several seconds to realise I had answered. Then kept saying hello even though I answered her. Hung up before I could give them some advice. This is the third call of this nature today - why is this allowed to happen still?
