This number is somehow connected to several London numbers commencing 0204601. The caller, this time it was "Jane", says they are from "the Heat Loss team" and want to see if my home qualifies - for what I don't know. They ask if I own or rent, so I tell them to go away. I have, in the past, asked where they are calling from and once was told that it's "an international call centre based in the Philippines", even though it showed a London number on my phone. It's obviously a scam.

Another company 'not selling' loft Insulation. This is a tactic to get around the cold calling rules by saying it is a survey where they get your permission to call you to sell to you. The rules need tightening up on this.
