Most likely scam or fraud, best thing to do is ignore it, they're taking a chance that someone's gonna turn around and go yeah here's my money for the 'debt' I'm in, even if you are in debt btw, do not pay anything to these. Just wanting to take a chance on vulnerable people who might be scared into paying.

Got email saying I will get charges if I don't, I don't even know who they are bunch o chancers Just as I finished typing this I just got a txt message from them
had an email from italk with this number saying I need to reinstate my DD or there will be a late charge, they only took a payment on the 11/9/2020, I am guessing this is some sort of scam
I have had 70 txt's from 'italk' (a broadband service provider) asking me to reinstate my direct debit with them. They give this number '01273526607' as a contact. I should mention that I have never had an account or service provided by italk, however the txt does come from italk and is headed as such.
