I’ve had 27 calls from this company, never answered any of them. Surely this can’t be right. I’m fed up with them calling me 😔

Caller said he was from 02. Said my contract was due to end did I want to Upgrade. Asked me how much I was paying currently. I realised he had no account details for me and so I said I would rather not discuss it further today. That didn’t want to upgrade as happy to keep phone at a reduced amount for now. He hung up ! With no thank you or goodby. Just rude and O2 should be aware that this company are not using good customer service.
