They are doing feedback for the local police here in Wales. Just Google the number and stop panicking. Totally safe and I was happy to be called. They are Opinion Research Group and the website comes up as TOP result. People need to be less lazy.

They are doing a survey on how well the police handled my call. If you call the number back they tell you who they are and why they called you. Oh they are called Opinion Research Services. Hope this helps.

They are legit. Turns out I'd ticked "happy to be contacted by phone" on some survey. You can ask to be removed from the list. They were asking about anti-social behaviour in this area - they appear to have a relationship with Heddlu Dyfed Powys.
