Usual: are you the lady of the house Me: who are you Heavy accent voice claims to be from some appliance cover company and are my appliances all working. (Very polite) Me: puts phone down without reply.

Thick accent, reading from a script and faultered when saying her name Scarlet, from a company called UK Now. How can they lie and say that when the company no longer exists. Wanted me to confirm my name address postcode date of birth email, said no! She replied that I had to. I said so you can use my information against me? No no no she says it’s just a survey. So I said I’m not taking part and hung up and blocked the call.
