Just swapped my mobile network from BT to Three - got a new sim earlier in the week and old number swapped over. Get a call this morning to say my sim would stop working on 4G on Monday but they would automatically send out a new 5G one. They need me to go into 3 app and set temporary password (and I did receive an email from 3 for forgotten password) and they provided me with new the password over the phone if I clicked on the genuine link..... It was so convincing!! I said I wasn't happy giving access to someone who just gives me a password over the phone so they have access to my account. They hung up!
