Number linked to a telecoms company called Simwood. Article on their website back in 2014 https://simwood.com/2014/06/nuisance-calls-appearing-to-come-from-simwood-numbers/ explains how spoof calls can appear to come from them. I didn’t answer the call and blocked the number
