Asked for an old manager and when I advised he had left, she just said ok okay I'll update that then - didn't ask who had replaced him
asks for business owner (knows his name), when I ask for a message says it would be long and boring message and will ping him an email, since she has called already I am assuming my boss hasn't responded to her
