After a fairly long silence, the caller introduced himself by his Christian name, said he was calling from Medical Services and told me that I was eligible for a personal alarm to be worn round the neck. When I replied that I already had such a device, he said that he knew that! At which point, I told him that I was not interested and terminated the call.
