Called 10 minutes ago about 5 year care plan taken out two years ago by my husband on our tv, which is 20 yrs old! She tried to confirm card details, she got irate, bordering on nasty when I challenged her for wanting card details over the phone and asked for a copy of the agreement in writing. She tried to convince me that she was trying to do us a favour and save us money by sorting it out on the phone. She finally hung up when I informed her that she would not be getting any details off me on the phone with or without any evidence of written agreement.

Called twice within half an hour asking for my husband. Apparently we took out a 5 year care plan when we purchased our TV and it was free for 2 years and now they are looking for payment for the next 3 years. Wouldn't tell me what make of TV we had when challenged, all he could say was that he knew but couldn't tell me due to data protection. Told them to stick it where the sun don't shine.
