Mumbled unintelligible person on other end. I believe this was intentional so that when they 'hung I'm I would call back to enquire as to who or what it was about. This was about the fourth of fifth call from the number and on no occasion did the number of rings last more than a few seconds. Again I believe this was to encourage me to call back. Surely this number can be properly investigated by the appropriate authority.
