01245 409572 Neutral Who called me from this phone number?

I just got called from Indian guy, who was asking me if i have insurance fees coming out from my bank account monthly. I told him that I follow my account on regular basis and I would know if there is leak of money I am not aware of and I am willing to press charges if I discover such. He quickly started apologizing for bothering me etc and hung up the phone. He said he was from Bank Service something, could not understand him. It is 7pm and he calls me. I figured it was scam immediately.

Had the same call today! So annoying

Had a call at 16:07 today. Judging by everyone else's comments it's a scam as I thought so I never answered! Sick and tired of these scammers!

Just received a telephone call from this number. Again like the other person (Jenni) the lady was telephoning from a very noisy call centre. English was not her first language and she had difficulty with her pronunciation. When I asked her 'What company are you calling from?' She muffled something that I could not understand, after asking three times she finally answered what sounded like 'Bank Compensation Service.' I've looked this up online and there is no such company. She also held an old address of mine (I moved from there a year ago). Avoid and hang up the phone!

Just received a call from this number, with the caller having an Indian accent and the background was very noisy. She was trying to sell me something but her accent was so strong that it was hard to make out what she was saying. It was certainly to do with my 'premium bank account' and how 8 out of 10 people have been mis-sold something. I don't have a premium bank account, so I told her this and hung up. Quite annoyed at how she had managed to get hold of my number to be honest. Definitely a scam.

Called me Wanted financial details, why are these callers not being dealt with by UK government& phone companies? My mobile won't bar the number either!

A woman with an American/Asian Indian accent called me and claimed to be working on behalf of the Financial Conduct Authority denied she was trying to sell anything but that she urgently needed to talk to me about a Premium Bank Account I opened recently. She couldn't or wouldn't name the bank it was with though. Clearly this is a scam to trick people into revealing their banking information- don't believe a word they tell you!
