Caller said they were from EE, his English was so bad, I presume it is a scam and see that the number is linked with other type scams

Called about roof insulation- I'm 99% sure this is an AI but it's very convincing.

Roof insulation say they are energy advisors and would like to send somebody to have a look at inside your roof when you try and tell them you had a call yesterday they hang up on you

I always let the number ring for at least 20 secs. after then the auto dialler drops the call so that it doesn't go to voicemail which costs them money.
