Called saying he was carphone warehouse. Wanted name address and bank details. Asked if he could sign me up with phone-E-phone as they had better coverage. He told me to F off. If you ring back they claim to be an energy company which drops the call after a few seconds. Scam.

SAME AS MANY...SCAM..BLOCKING ON MY PHONE

When I asked the caller how he'd got my number he told me to fuck off. So, I did.

rang mobile phone but hung up after 4 rings. number not known to me.

I saw the number on my mobile and where it was from. I know no one from there so i didn't answer and no message was left. Most likely a scam.

just called and gave up

Phone sales scam. Number blocked

Scam call, caller tried to say they were calling me about a promotion from carphone warehouse I asked how they got my number as I’ve never shopped there, he got very twitchy and rude and hung the phone up, scammers trying it on.

I asked the caller to tell me where he was calling from, 3 times, and I still could not understand what he was saying. It was something about a phone. He started off with the usual 'How are you this morning?', so it seemed like sales or a scam.

It says its an energy company, went to answer machine then hung up. Call is now blocked.

Called back, silent for few seconds. I hung up and blocked the number.

Claimed to be from a phone company, said he was in London, I asked what the weather was like right now in London and he put the phone down. How rude!
