01237 871026 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

I did not answer as I was not sure about the number. Glad I did not!

Ignorant caller.

Called me me by the name of my 7 year old son…asking about life insurance. Really concerned because they knew my son’s whole name. Continued to try and discuss life insurance even after I explained that was my 7 year old!

Called today and knew my surname. Asked about life insurance. Some company has sold my details to these people.

Just had a call from 01237871026. Didn't answer as didn't recognise the number. Number now blocked.

No message left so looked on here. Blocked because if as important and for me they would have look eft a message.

Phone rang and I didn’t answer. I’ve now blocked the number.

Rang and asked for my daughter by her FULL NAME. When I asked what it was in relation to as she is a minor, the caller hung up.

Had an Asian man call me asking if I had life cover He actually knew my name so obviously someone has given details. Repeatedly I told him I wasn’t interested as I can sort my own cover but he just wouldn’t take no for an answer,actually very annoying to be honest. Then he put me through to someone else to arrange life cover,another Asian man,before he even got started I politely told him I wasn’t interested in it and your colleague before wouldn’t listen to me. He was actually fine and basically told me that if I was interested in the future to call them and we hung up. One minute later it rang again,same number so I ignored it,straight after it rang again so I answered and hung up. Then again and again!!! I had to block the number on my phone in the end. Personally I think this is a dodgy scam call as was trying to get my dob ect but not a chance as that’s how they reel you in. I also live very close to bidiford and have never heard of them before and like I said, repeatedly I said no and I honestly mean repeatedly but the first bloke just ignored me and carried on his sales pitch, unprofessional and certainly not a proper company in my opinion, Well to force me to block the number due to the constant calling me speaks for itself, report it to fraud line just incase it is dodgy

Lady called to speak about life insurance, I had to tell her twice before hanging up that I wasn't interested.

Scammer, asked for me by my surname ( got no idea how as i am really careful) hung up after hearing life insurance review bullshit. Scammer with heavy indian accent

Just received a call, as above comments, Asian lady, aid her name was Annalese. Said she worked for Aviva, a Bideford phone number, asking to speak to my son about his life cover. Going to ignore it, as I'm sure my 19 yr old isn't checking his life insurance using my mobile number.

Scam. Don't answer!!!!

Asian accent, lots of background noise as if they were in a cafe or busy centre - wanting to review my life insurance. Looks like it was a scam

Company wanting to review my life insurance policy… which I don’t have. Scammers wanting peoples details!

Women called Kylie asked for me by name. She had an india accent. Some form of life insurance company.

Called my business mobile. Asian lady who hung up straight away when I gave the business name

Sounded like an Asian man and they who knew my name. He was very rude to me and I ended the call and blocked the number. In hindsight he wasn’t a very good scammer being so rude.

I do not answer unknown phone numbers as i belive if its important or they are legitimate they will leave a voice message. Looks like i was right.

If I don't recognise an incoming number, I always decline the call. If the call is important, or the caller genuinely knows me, they will leave a message. This caller did not leave a message. Going by the previous comments, this is a scam.

Just called. As above, foreign accent, selling life insurance. Total scammers. Have added to my (getting) long block list lol x

Just called me. An Asian / Chinese lady in the phone. Hung up immediately as suspected it was a scam

Indian call centre purporting to work with several large insurance companies, asked for me by my name and enquiring about my life insurance. I finished the call. Don't know how they got my name as I'm VERY careful with my details.

I didn't pick up either. Just as well!

Called me this morning but I did not pick up as I suspected it'd be iffy. I seemed to be right.

Man, English accent, Was trying to sell me life insurance. I had just lost my husband the previous week so it was upsetting.

Call from woman sounded Chinese...called me by first name but not surname...could not really understand her but something about cover ..so hung up and blocked number.

A woman called Jade with an Asian accent. Did not seem to know my full name and purported to be from a company called Review my Cover. I hung up and have blocked the number.
