They said they are from 3 mobile Nour a phone contract deals, they sound Indian and sound doggy

Stated they were Car Phone Warehouse, explained I was out of contract so had a better deal passed me to a 'Manager' who then price matched, put the phone down when I asked how much they would pay me each month for using their phone because that's my current deal... No details given, if they're in Bideford my names Popeye...
