Wanted to discuss Government grants for loft insulation. Has called before. The number she called is the charity I work for. She kept asking if I was the owner of the property, what kind of house it was and whether the loft was converted. I had to interrupt her several times to say I'm not sure why you are talking about a house when it's quite clearly a charity number you have called . She got a bit shirty and said we'll leave it at that.
