The caller appears to be targeting people over the age of 70 in the Merseyside and Lancashire area. Do not provide information to cold caller's or confirm anything they say. This type of phishing exercise is becoming more common and often targets the older generations.

Absolutely an AI script. Not a bad one but after a couple of slightly confusing responses I asked them to say the word "bannana". They could not

Constant calling from robo Jo, about her loft insulation.

Just received an unsolicited phone call from this number. Claimed to be a lady called Jo calling about my loft insurance which according to 'the database' is now deemed unsafe. Wanted to know if I was the homeowner. When I asked who was calling it sounded like it activated an AI script so I ended the call.

This is the second day I have had a call about loft insulation in my area, yesterday's call was from a different number but I recognised the ladies voice. When they asked if I was the home owner, I replied what address do you have for me as I have moved away, she puts the phone down! How rude!!!!
