This is an Indian scammer using an Ashford Kent number. They try the well known criminal scam of trying to convince you that your Amazon account has been hacked. Hang up immediately and report them.

The female caller claimed to be Watermelon Research conducting a survey on behalf of LLoyds Bank, asking customers about their use of The Internet, Social Media.. blah, blah snore!! I'm not a LLoyds customer... better luck next time!

Also had call from this number last night and tonight....have blocked

Got a call to my mobile from this number, indicating the caller was in Ashford. I don't know anyone there or live anywhere near it so didn't answer. Have blocked it now.

I have just missed a call from them thankfully. They called a couple of weeks ago doing research for Lloyds supposedly. The polite young lady said that to carry out the survey I had to be On Line to their website for some of the questions. She gave me the web address which I wrote down. I tried it but it did not work anyway. If they phone a third time I will opt out and inform my bank that I do not wish to be contacted again.

Apparently they are FACTS international. I just missed a call from them too?

Missed a call from this number yesterday evening. Called again this evening and the chap said he was calling on behalf of my bank, which he said was RBS(really???) to do a survey. I said that I didn't trust the call, that I was not prepared to continue with the call, and to not call my number(unlisted) again. Genuine market research company? I don't actually care.

Just had a call from01233648537. They rang off before I got to my phone. Will block this number.

Now had five calls from this number!! Don't answer numbers I don't know so don't know who they are other than a nuisance!!

Had a missed call on my mobile from this number, so called it back and got a voice message saying I had reached Fax International market research.

Just got a call from this number, a male said "hello" and then hung up. Will be blocking the number.

This number has been calling me twice a day for the last week but never leave a message. I never pick up as i dont know the number. They are becoming a nuisance!

I have only had this phone a few days and it's a new sim, the only thing I have done is had a new sofa on interest free from dfs with hitachi capital ! Has anyone else had this ?
