Called 30 minutes ago saying they were from Microsoft. Immediately suspicious as I'm very aware of security. Asked them for a telephone number even though the above number came up on the phone and they gave me this number 18005438160 which shows up online with Chinese icons. Asked for an address and was given 207 Melton Road, Leicester LE46QT. This is the address of the Hinkley & Rugby Building Society! Very brazen with giving this information almost aggressive. Lastly they called me by a previous occupant at this address who died over 16years ago! They need to be stopped as there are people who would believe them and allow them access to their computer

Said they were from microsoft and said I had an issue with my computer. I told him I didnt have a computer, silence/ He then asked if my surname was Evans I said no (it isnt). I asked him how he got my number as I didnt have a computer. Id heard of this scam before so lied about not having a computer...he hung up.
