At 12.45 pm today a lady rang me from this number offering a discount on insurance for household appliances. I was immediately suspicious when she said I was already paying £350 a year and she would reduce this by £100 for the next 12 months. I was not paying £350 for any insurance so this was obviously a ruse to get my bank details. When I asked her what company she worked for she just said, "Repair Centre." This was definitely a scam , but also dangerous as some people could be tricked into divulging their financial details.

A woman who knew my name advised me I could get a lower rate on the maintenance I was paying. I asked what maintenance. She said on the goods in my home.Tv.washing machine, hoover etc.I told her I don't pay maintenance on anything..they are mine. She insisted.I argued.I think she was using the wrong word but I wasn't going to tell her. I assume she meant guarantee!!! . I don't have a guarantee either ha ha I hung up
