SCAM Received a letter also pretending to be Royal Mail responding to a request to set up a credit account and stating this number

Our company secretary received a letter looking to be from Royal Mail about a RM Business Credit Account asking us to contact them immediately on this number if we did not set up the account. Obviously we are switched on enough to realise this was a scam as we hadn't set up such an account. The letter states RM have given us a credit limit of £200!!

On iPhone

- Scroll down and tap Block this Caller
- Confirm by tapping Block Contact
On Android
- Open the Phone app and tap the 3-dot menu
- Go to Call history or Recents
- Long press on 0121 432 1304
- Select Block number or Block/report spam
