Unsolicited call from a variety of 0121368 numbers. Harassing and waste of time

A recorded message that asks can you hear me OK, when you answer YES they hang up. This YES is recorded and apparently can be bused to scam. If you don't say YES the recording goes on to talk about solar power install. I have had this call twice.
