This is a call from the NHS. Called me about eye surgery appointment. Was a genuine call.

Asked for a specific name(my partner) would not give a clue as to nature of call, but appeared non medical. He had a very aggressive nature which i called him out on. i put phone down when he said 'Management Referral Services' and i said ' who the hell are you'.
