I answered and no one at the other end. Very odd and likely a scam
I just got exactly the same. Lots of background noise and quite a high yet definitely make voice said "hello" once then the call ended.
Apparently carphone warehouse the guy started saying the most vulgar rude stuff down the phone I’m sitting with my two children definitely a scam!!

Male voice, very noisy line, kept saying “hello”
Male voice kept saying hello hello, Could hear noise in the background like type writer and machine noise,
Machine noises on the call, nobody spoke and then there was a beep like and answer machine. Clearly spam call, possibly a call to get you to call back.
Didn't answer and they didn't leave a voicemail.
