The caller asked for a family member by name, I asked if I could take a message and the caller abruptly hung up. Very professional, Not. The caller's English was poor, and there was lots of office-type noise in the background. I rang the number back, a recorded message claimed the company was called "Digital Solutions" but I did not hold the queue for a connection.
