So called energy advisor telling me that their "register" showed that my property had not had any further insulation since the date of construction! As a qualified Building Surveyor, I asked him what register he was referring too, because I would love to share the details of this "register" with our professional institution. Silence. Told he was a scammer and to go forth and multiply!
