Asked to speak to the householder, when asked why he said it was a Government scheme about installing solar panels and there was no payment up front, and would I be interested in that. So clearly they're selling it, and as we are registered with the TPS I told him all I was interested in was the telephone preference list and to bog off. Have now barred the number, thank god I have a phone that can do that.
