Numerous calls at all times in day, never leave a voicemail, I don’t answer as I don’t recognise number

I’ve been getting this same number calling me for ages around the same time of day usually before 12pm and sometimes later in the day. I thought this time I’ll answer even though I’ve sent them to voicemail several times to see if they’d leave a message. If it was someone who really needed to get in touch with me they’d leave a vm. They never did so today I answered and muted my mic to see what they said. They were silent for 10 seconds then a female voice with english accent had started saying hello are you there. Seemed fraudulent so I hung up.

If u don’t speak first they won’t speak at all and will end the call. Claiming to be from the lottery and can offer you better deal for lines. Dont even bother just block the number

Tried to call me twice today, I didnt answer the first, the second i did and the man (sounded English) didnt seem to be able to hear me. Calling back cuts you off at any option keyed in, and no one answers if you dont pick an extension.

Getting calls from this number at least 3 times a day have now blocked

Says they are from lotto something. Fake fake fake

Unknown; I did not answer; many repeat calls; blocked

They called me for 3 days why I was holiday obviously didn’t answer as not getting charged for a nuisance call

I answered but never said hello, left it for around 10 seconds and then the call ended. Received the call at 1530 hours.

First call from this number but I've had similar calls from that operator before on other numbers I think (the name seems familiar). I answered and nobody at the other end. Nuisance because I'm waiting for an important call so although the phone did show 'suspected spam' I had to answer just in case.
