The woman said she'd called me before about a free home efficiency survey. I'm pretty sure their 'findings' would lead to a chargeable solution. As always I said I'm not interested and ended the call. It's unclear how many times I will need to tell this scammer I'm not interested. I am registered with the telephone preference service.
