Called about miss-selling of solar panels. Told the caller I was extremely happy with mine and she should bugger off.

nobody on line when answered. twice today , same both times

Call centre noise in background. No one spoke when I answered and then they hung up.

My phone has a screening system, so I didn't speak to anyone, but I don't recognise the number and, as my number is ex-directory, I believe this to have been an unwanted call, probably spam.

Caller was calling to tell me I have been mis sold solar power panels - I have never had solar power panels. Caller wanted to bring a claim forward for this. Caller said was from company called options and that she has my data from a database. She referred to me by my maiden name which I have used for over 6 years.

"Calling from Options UK - How are you today?" I said I didn't want anything from O U K and rang off. I'm assumin scam or fraud on the basis of the other reports - I didn't stay on the line long enough to confirm my suspicions.

Put on posh voice! Just said hello then hung up

Left a message, but nobody said anything.

Caller suggested that we have been mis-sold items in the past. Asian speaker. Advised them they had the wrong person and rung off.
