I got the same - its a scam wanted to confirm my post code. Pretending to be Gov Vaccination centre. Very rude asian male voice. I realised too late is was a scam. Wanted to know company with which I have life insurance.

Very rude man who asked me questions about my vaccination, when I asked why he needed it he shouted at me and hung up
Caller called from 01200 439615 stating he worked for NHS & wanted to update my Covid-19 vaccination passport. Caller then preceded to talk about life insurance. This is a scam so please be aware.
Covid vaccination centre….I didn’t give them time to expand their scam. I simply told them to bleep off.
They phoned me pretending to be from the COVID Vaccination team checking to see if I had received my test certificate. She got upset when I asked them for details of my vaccination!
Asked if I had been vaccinated. Side effects etc. Then said updating medical records. Then did I have life insurance. For medical records. When challenged about why medical records need life insurance details they hung up.
Phone alerted me to the spam call so I didn't pick up but looking online for the number, it's definitely a scam please don't answer
