Called claiming to be from E.On. Said there was a problem with our meter and they were going to send out an engineer. Asked for proof he was from E.on and the location where he was calling from – he said that was private and wouldn't tell me. I pushed him for evidence as to who he was – he then hung up!
Automated call, answered but no one at the other end, called several times.
has phoned every day this week claiming to be from Scottish Power. we dont have SP and she got quite annoyed. Terminated call and reported to TPS
The guy on the phone said is that Margaret but the last time I checked that wasn't my name.

indians claiming to be calling from british gas to say our meter number is wrong. we don't use british gas and the number is a scam
