This number called 30 December 15. No one there. However I found later that my phone had gone into 'do not disturb ' mode and I was missing calls from genuine people. I definitely had not put that phone in that mode and before the bogus number, was receiving my calls as normal.

As soon as I switch my phone on I get short missed calls off this number as if the person on the line is waiting for me to put my phone on. I searched online and it has come up as the number belonging to Chris Cardell Media. I have only been putting my phone number on cv - and applying online. I can only imagine that's how they got my number. Probably trying to advertise something to me. I suggest don't answer - if it's important they would manage to contact you through other means

Had a call from this no. Message says, I have a call waiting press any button to connect. I pressed the off button but it worries me that the elderly or unsuspecting person might press a button and it seems like a scam

I received a call from 0118 904 9938 on 12 Jan 2015 at 19:12hrs (GMT), luckily I missed the call. I didn't recognise the number so put the number in a search engine and found lots of similar messages. I wanted to post this blog to let people know that this rogue number is still causing nuisance.
