Possibly trying to be as it was Ben from the collections team. Message left. Not calling back as I think it's a scam. Company name sounded like Zoology.
Claimed that they were offering a saving on my EE account. I'm not with EE so must be a scam. Sounded like a call centre in India...!
Claimed to be from EE telling me that there were some offers available on my contract with them. Told him there was a problem with that as I'm not with EE, said goodbye and ended the call. Very much doubt he was calling from Reading, sounded more like an Indian call centre
