Not only did caller just hang up when I answered, I now see there is a premium charge if you attempt to call back this number

I answered with the greeting "hello <<my first name>> speaking". Caller instantly hung up. Im instantly suspicious these days of call but as this one wasn't showing as suspected spam I answered. Reporting as spam now as I see no other reason for this odd behaviour.

Jo, my energy consult from my area (southern accent) tells me she's calling me because some of the insulation I have in my attic has now been classified as dangerous ... "How do you know? How do you know that?" And funnily enough, she hung up!!!!!
