SP Energy calling to remind me of a planned power outage. This is a follow up to leaflets through the door, a letter and people wandering around doing tree surveys. It is GENUINE.
It says I have an important message and press 1 to hear it, obviously didn't, definitely thin it scammers
Recorded message left on my work phone in Liverpool on Sat 22/07/2023 08:03 -- likely to be scammers.
Possibly sp power networks but sounded like st... Shortly after a brief power outage recording telling user to press 1 to listen to message and 2 to disconnect... In the past, legitimate recorded messages have been sent before power cuts. Pressing 1 or 2 could connect to a premium rate number so seems likely that this was a scammer attempting to commit theft / fraud...
called telephone at 8.00 am on 3rd may - message said where from SC network and had important message for me press 1 to listen . not we had a power cut the day before

called at 6 am in the morning on a sunday with a recorded message . think this may be a scam caller said they were s and n energy please don’t answer them.
