Don't answer. It's a scam and they want your money. They ask for personal information - don't give it. They ring me every week, sometimes twice a day. The first time I actually answered and after a load of spiel, wanted my name, address, pension details etc, telling me they could give me a better deal. I hung up. They keep ringing but in my reject list so phone only goes once. Still a pain though. They call themselves the Pensions Advice Service but are nothing to do with the government department of work and pensions. Don't tell them anything. Block them from ringing you.

Keeps calling every week for about 4 months. Asks for Mrs Ball or Mr Ball. They are from a selling team trying to get anyone to sign up for schemes. Harassment caller untrustworthy.
