I’ve had a lot of 0114 697 phone calls with different 4 digit numbers at the end of the number since April 2025. All ring off after a few rings or cut off as soon as I answer. I have blocked each one but they still keep ringing with the same initial code and different 4 digit end numbers. Very annoying being bombarded with these numbers daily.

Suspect it's a scam as it came up as suspicious. Didn't answer it and they didn't leave a message. Does Twilia check who their customers are and that they are using the numbers legally?
