Luke asked about my loft insulation and told me my present insulation is not up to regulation standard and needs replacing, then he asked if I've had it checked in the last year, I said yes, and he said thank you and hung up. Potentially, for certain people and the elderly, a very dangerous phone call which could cost someone a lot of money.
