No idea who or what it is but i got 3 calls each immediately as I refused the last. Id blocked them as i suspect they're scam calls

Straight after call. I called the number and a voice. This number is no longer in service. My advise these are scam calls

How to Block This Number
On iPhone
- Open the Phone app and go to Recents
- Find the number 0114 349 5755 and tap the info icon (i)
- Scroll down and tap Block this Caller
- Confirm by tapping Block Contact
On Android
- Open the Phone app and tap the 3-dot menu
- Go to Call history or Recents
- Long press on 0114 349 5755
- Select Block number or Block/report spam
On Landline Phones
